apartment hotel located in "Susukino" in the center of Sapporo.
The hotel is fully
equipped with a kitchen and furnishings and household items for a comfortable long-term
stay. In addition, you can easily stay for one night.
The hotel is easy to access and
has a low price in Susukino. You can stay for one night or for a long term.
Q.What facilities are there in this hotel room?
A.The room has the following
items. Refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, rice cooker, tableware, cooking utensils
(pots, frying pans), TV, DVD player, air cleaner, humidifier, hair dryer, mirror, desk,
closet, unit bath, bidet toilet seat, air conditioner, etc.

A.No, we do not change sheets,
towels and amenities during your stay.
We will exchange them for a fee at the front
desk.
Sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers are 200 yen per set. Towels are 50 yen per
sheet.
Q.Which room type has a kitchen?
A.Only the single A type and single B type in the main building do not have a kitchen. Rooms other than those room types have a kitchen.

Q.About the accommodation fee.
A.Please pay the accommodation
fee at the time of check-in. For more information on accommodation rates, please contact
us using this inquiry form.
Please note that the accommodation fee you have paid cannot be refunded.
Q.Can I use a credit card to pay for the accommodation fee?
A.Yes, we accept credit cards.
However, only one-time payment will be accepted.
You can also use cash (Japanese Yen).

Q.About cancellation fee.
A.The cancellation fee is 50% of
the accommodation fee if canceled on the day before the check-in date, and 80% if
canceled on the day.
If you do not show up without contacting us, we will charge 100% of the accommodation
fee.

A.Yes, you can book a hotel room for one night.
Q.How should I check in?
A.Please come to the front desk
of "Weekly Sapporo Main Building".
When you arrive at the entrance of the main building, please call the intercom next to
the entrance door.
Q.What time does check-in start?
A.Check-in starts from 3 PM.
If your scheduled check-in time changes, please contact us in advance.
Q.What time should I check out? Can I extend my check-out time?
A.Check-out time is by 11 AM.
You can extend your check-out time until 12:00 noon.
If you extend the check-out time, you will be charged an extension fee of 550 yen per 30
minutes.
Q.Can I leave my luggage at the
front desk before check-in or after check-out?
Can I send my luggage to the front desk before the check-in date?
A.Yes, both are possible.
Please pick up your luggage that you left at the time of check-out by the day of
check-out.
If you send your luggage to the front desk in advance, please write your name and
check-in date and send it to the hotel address.

Q.How to get to "Weekly Sapporo"?
A.
From "New Chitose Airport", you can come to Sapporo by JR train, bus or car.
From
"JR Sapporo Station", if you use the subway, take the "Namboku Line" and get off at
"Susukino Station". Go out from "Exit 4" and walk for 7 minutes.
From "JR Sapporo Station", if you use a taxi, go out from JR Sapporo Station "South
Exit" and take a taxi for 10 minutes.

Q.Is there a parking lot at this hotel?
A.The hotel's parking lot
requires a reservation. It is 1,000 yen per night.
