Important Information

Check-In / 3:00 PM onwards　Check-Out / By 11:00 AM

• ※ If you stay with more guests than the specified capacity, an additional fee of ¥1,100 per person (¥550 for elementary school children) will apply per extra guest. Children under elementary school age stay for free.
• ※ If you wish to add extra beds or futons to your room, please inquire by the day before your stay. Additional fees apply and are subject to availability.
• ※ Payment is required at the time of check-in.
• ※ Please check in at the "Main Building" front desk upon arrival.
• ※ Meals are not provided. Accommodation only.
• ※ Check-out time can be extended up to 12:00 PM with an additional fee of ¥550 per 30 minutes.
• ※ For stays of 6 nights or more, we require a copy of your identification (insurance card, driver's license, etc.).
• ※ If your check-in time is after midnight (past 12:00 AM), please contact us in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees will be charged according to the following schedule

Cancellation on the day before the stay	50% of the total accommodation fee.
Cancellation on the day of the stay	80% of the total accommodation fee.
No-show without prior notice	100% of the total accommodation fee.

Group Reservations

For reservations of 5 rooms or more	10 days prior to the stay: 20% of the total accommodation fee 2 days prior: 50%　1 day prior: 80% On the day of check-in: 100%　No-show without prior notice: 100%
For reservations of 10 rooms or more	1 month prior to the stay: 20% of the total accommodation fee 10 days prior: 50%　2 days prior: 80% On the day of check-in: 100%　No-show without prior notice: 100%

Long-Term Reservations
